Life can be hard. in fact it can smack you between the eyeballs when you least expect it. How in the world can I get by is the question of the average man Yet survival isn’t what God intended. He wants us to turn to him in difficult moments. Many of us struggle praising God through the hard spots. So, how do you praise God through the difficult times in life?
As a church we’ve we are studying the book of Acts’. Looking at how early Christians dealt with life in the first century. Last week we began part one of our study in Acts Chapter 16 called” the songs in the night”. We closed out the evening with folks sharing praises of all the good things God has done during the lean times. Maybe you are in need of encouragement. Here is a taste of what was covered.
Why do I Praise God?
# 1 Because He is in control of all the circumstances of my life, yes all means all.
# 2 Because God loves you this >——————:0) ———————-< much! And looks out for your eternal benefit.
# 3 Because God is a BIG God and much wiser than I am.
